We have assembled a highly skilled workforce utilising ITM’s state of the art equipment. ITM are proud of the fact that all manufacturing is in-house – whether it be CNC, EDM, EDM wire-cutting, grinding, polishing or assembly of tools, meaning we are in total control. Individual mould components and EDM electrodes are consistently monitored and measured by our quality control department.
Mould bases are designed and constructed on our premises using sophisticated CNC technology. To ensure long service life only the highest grades of tool steel are used, mould plates are precisely machined to our customer’s specifications - meaning results in superior quality and productivity for our customers. ITM runs 24 hours to ensure your mould is delivered in the shortest lead time.
Otherwise,our project manager’s sole aim is to control the manufacturing process and quality, this passion shows through to the final product.
Generally they are professional designers and toolmakers, there for our customers at every stage of the production process, from initial design to the delivery of on time product, they are always at hand , accelerating design changes, resolving manufacturing feasibility issues and directing mould trials and modifications.The project managers will provide weekly progress reports along with photos of work in progress or videos of trials as needed, they we will keep you updated of your moulds current status and will tell you exactly where each part is in the shop and what stage of processing the part is in - it is our aim to offer you the required information anytime.
